OEM part description
These genuine Sub-Zero icemaker control parts sense the ice level in the storage bin and stop ice production when the bin is full. As the ice level rises, the control arm moves upward; as ice is removed, the arm lowers so normal ice production can resume. Expert Appliance Pro supplies the control arm and connecting rod together as our technician-recommended repair kit.

A bent, worn, sticking, or incorrectly positioned control arm or connecting rod can cause the icemaker to stop too early, continue producing ice when the bin is full, or prevent the shutoff mechanism from moving freely.
