Dan took the time to listen to our recording of our Subzero noise, and assisted us in placing our on line order, line by line. He even showed us how to $60 by paying by check and not credit card.
Dan was a great help to our service technician. On his advice, we ordered only one of the parts we thought we needed, and he was correct! We saved hundreds of dollars by doing the higher percentage part first. He also made sure the fitment was correct for our model and serial number. Few businesses now days care enough about their customers to be this thorough and honest. Don’t hesitate to get your parts from these folks.

I did receive a genuine subzero fan motor and a fan blade however it did NOT fix my problem. My refrigerator still does not cool. My freezer still works. I called their parts department, and they told me to call out an authorized sub-zero dealer service company to diagnose the problem. They would not let me return the fan motor or even the fan blade. This is not a company I will buy from again. I should be able to return anything for any reason.
I received a genuine door seal for my old subzero 532 model and it fit perfectly. The door seal installation directions in the box with John's help in parts answered my questions. It saved me $400 and didn't have to deal with a service company. Great customer service.
New Orleans, LA "My Sub Zero fridge is back in operation!" We ordered a new magnetic sub zero refrigerator door seal and it fit perfect like a glove. We reordered another sub zero freezer door seal, freezer fan motor and a Wolf igniter. Everything was correct and delivered in a timely manner. We love this place!

They were the only a/c part supplier that had this Concord furnace part. The part was about $10 more but shipping was free and after their online ordering discounts it ended up being cheaper. The part fixed my issue.
The Armstrong control board part got here and it was exactly as ordered and easy to install. UPS took four days instead of two. Maybe COVID-19 delays. Not experts fault. Will order again.

I needed a Ducane control board for my ac unit. Expert Appliance found the Ducane circuit board I needed. The shipping took a little longer because it had to be transferred in from another location, but overall, I was pleased. No more space heater. My family is happy!

I had to replace my Viking refrigerator door and freezer gaskets since they were very worn, loose, and the doors were not staying shut. I ordered them through expertappliance.com. My local parts house did not have the commercial Mitsubishi HVAC part I needed. I contacted expert and they found the correct power pc board. I did not get the free shipping as they had to order it but the board was 100% correct. My client was very happy. I will use this company for more of them hard to find Mitsubishi parts. Thank You
After receiving a cheaper aftermarket condenser motor from another part supplier which required serious modifications, I decided to order the more expensive genuine Coleman condenser fan motor from expertappliance.com. I received the motor in four days and had it installed in 15 minutes. The genuine was clearly the best option. They even included the Coleman fan motor capacitor at no cost. I am very happy with ordering the coleman genuine part. They also gave me a year warranty. Thanks guys.
