Orders are reviewed before processing using the model, serial number, part information, and comments you provide. If we find a discrepancy or need more information, we will contact you before the order moves forward.

Free ground shipping is available on eligible orders within the contiguous 48 states. Most free-ground orders arrive in 2–5 business days. Expedited delivery is available.
Oversized, heavy, special-order, made-to-order, Alaska, Hawaii, and international shipments may require additional shipping charges. If an additional charge applies, we will contact you for approval before the order is processed. Tracking information is sent to the email provided with the order.
This means it can usually ship the same day if the order is placed before 11:00 AM (EST) Mon–Fri, unless this is a made-to-order or special-order part. If your part is a special-order or made-to-order item, it will require additional processing time before shipment.
Genuine OEM means the replacement part is supplied or authorized by the original equipment manufacturer for the appliance. Genuine OEM parts are not generic or aftermarket substitutes. Manufacturers may update the design, appearance, materials, or installation method while keeping the part as the current genuine replacement.
Our parts system can cross-reference by model number, serial number, and manufacturer part number. A result may show an updated manufacturer number, a superseding replacement number, or an Expert Appliance Pro internal Catalog ID used to identify the item in our system.
Use the item and Catalog ID shown by our search when ordering. Providing the model or serial number helps our Parts Department verify the current genuine replacement before processing. For help, Contact Parts.
This means the part is not currently available through our active supplier sources. Availability can change, and some parts may require additional research. Submit a Part Request or email our Parts Department if you would like us to check for another current source, updated replacement, or manufacturer status.
Manufacturers and distributors do not provide a photograph for every replacement part. Manufacturers also revise parts over time, so a current genuine replacement may look different from the original part removed from the appliance.

A revision or update means the manufacturer changed or superseded the original part. The current genuine replacement may have a different part number, appearance, material, wiring arrangement, mounting method, or installation instructions.
These changes do not make the part aftermarket. Providing the appliance model and serial number helps our Parts Department verify the current manufacturer replacement for the equipment before processing.
