This genuine Wolf oven door spring and rocker arm work together in the older R-Series oven-door mechanism. The spring provides tension while the rocker arm transfers that spring force through the door mechanism as the oven door opens and closes. A stretched or broken spring or a worn, bent, or damaged rocker arm can affect normal oven-door movement and balance. This kit includes the door spring and rocker arm, so you can replace both components during the repair. Use on applicable older Wolf R models with serial numbers prior to 17000000.

The oven door is heavy, and the spring mechanism helps control its movement. If the spring weakens or the rocker arm wears or breaks, the door can become harder to open or lose its normal assisted movement.
