OEM part description
These genuine Wolf components include infrared charbroiler burner 815591 and radiant plate 816320. The burner produces the infrared cooking heat for the charbroiler, while the radiant plate installs above the burner and below the cooking grate to help spread and radiate heat across the charbroiler section.
Expert Appliance Pro supplies these as our technician-recommended charbroiler burner and radiant set.
Part details
The burner and radiant plate work together to create the strong, even heat needed for charbroiling. If the burner is damaged or no longer heating correctly, or the radiant plate is warped or deteriorated, the charbroiler can develop weak heat, uneven cooking, poor searing, or inconsistent performance across the grate.
