Genuine Wolf upper cooking grate for current 50-Series Dual Fuel ranges equipped with an infrared charbroiler. Food cooks directly on this grate above the charbroiler heating system, providing the open cooking surface used for grilling and high-heat searing.

The cooking grate handles direct food contact, intense heat, grease, and routine cleaning every time the charbroiler is used. A damaged, distorted, or badly worn grate can make the surface harder to cook on and clean and may prevent the grate from seating correctly in the charbroiler frame.
