This genuine Sub-Zero evaporator fan assembly operates in the freezer section of side-by-side models. It moves cold air across the evaporator and through the freezer compartment to help maintain even temperatures from top to bottom.
Part details
Proper freezer airflow is needed to keep food consistently frozen throughout the compartment. A failing fan assembly may cause weak air movement, warmer areas, uneven freezing, excessive fan noise, or difficulty maintaining the selected freezer temperature.
