OEM part description
Genuine Wolf griddle cleaning starter kit for select Wolf ranges and rangetops equipped with built-in infrared griddles. The kit includes a Scotch-Brite griddle squeegee, pad holder, cleaning liquid packets, polishing pads, and instructions for routine care of the steel cooking surface.
It can be used on both single and dual griddles within the factory-listed Wolf product families.
Part details
Cooking oils and food residue can build up on a griddle surface during normal use. The proper cleaning tools make it easier to loosen residue, move cleaning liquid across the cooking surface, and remove debris without improvising with household scrubbers that may not be suited to the griddle. Light scratching from the Scotch-Brite pad can occur and Wolf considers this normal.
