OEM part description
These genuine Wolf components include single griddle plate 826700, grease tray 816281, stainless steel griddle cover 826936, and griddle cleaning kit 812278. The revised steel cooking plate incorporates Wolf's later grease-capture channel, while the matching removable tray collects grease from the griddle area. The stainless cover protects the cooking surface when the griddle is not in use, and the cleaning kit provides the tools and starter consumables used for regular griddle care.
Expert Appliance Pro combines these into our technician-recommended complete griddle replacement and care set.
Part details
A complete griddle refresh covers more than the cooking plate. This set replaces the steel cooking surface, grease collection tray, and protective cover, and includes the proper starter cleaning system. It is a practical option when the original griddle components are worn, damaged, heavily deteriorated, or need to be renewed together.
