OEM part description
Genuine Sub-Zero dispenser touch panel used on select 685 and 695 refrigerators with the external glasswell dispenser. The panel contains the ICE, LIGHT, WATER, and Lock touch areas used to operate the dispenser and connects to the refrigerator through a ribbon cable. The printed control face is part of the touch-panel assembly, so service does not replace worn lettering or a damaged membrane as a separate label. The service procedure removes the entire control panel and disconnects the ribbon cable from the rear.

The dispenser is one of the most-used features on these classic Sub-Zero models. With age, the touch surface can become worn, damaged or difficult to operate, and a failing panel may cause the ice, water or light controls to respond intermittently or not respond at all. Replacing the complete factory panel renews both the operating surface and its electronic touch controls.
