OEM part description
Genuine Wolf burner ignition microswitch for select gas ranges, Dual Fuel ranges, rangetops, and gas cooktops. The switch mounts at the burner valve and is actuated when the control knob is turned, sending the electrical signal used by the spark ignition system.
Part details
The ignition system depends on the valve switch responding correctly when the burner control is turned. If the switch sticks, wears internally, or fails to make proper contact, the burner may not trigger a spark or may continue clicking after the control is returned to OFF.
