OEM part description
The Wolf burner ring and cap work together to give you a steady flame, even heat, and reliable ignition. The burner ring directs the gas and shapes the flame, while the cap sits on top to spread the heat evenly and protect the burner head. Both parts are heavy cast-iron pieces designed to handle high heat and daily use.
If either part is warped, chipped, or discolored, replacing it will restore proper burner performance and help prevent ignition issues. The cap has no flame holes — it simply rests on the burner ring.
