What this part does

Sub-Zero magnetic door seals and gaskets help create a tight seal against the cabinet frame to maintain proper cooling performance. A torn, hardened, loose, or damaged seal can lead to frost buildup, moisture, temperature drift, warm air leaks, or longer run times. If a leaking seal is left damaged for an extended period, excess moisture may also contribute to staining, corrosion, or rust on nearby interior shelving, rails, trim, or cabinet surfaces.
